The bright light in the sky did not disappoint.
Cancun it is not, but there were still flip flops, puppy dogs, girls in bikini's, drenched kids plastered with sand, kites, sandcastles, and melting ice cream cones.
Not too crowded ...
We made up games... ate snacks... walked to the water (well, some of us didn't)... played with puppies... had clam chowder... watched the sunset... and came home with a lot more sand than expected.
Jeffrey said it best ... "I have sand in places I'm sure sand shouldn't be."
Jason was a little tired after "digging a hole to China."
My cheeks hurt from laughing/smiling so much!!
and ahem... from running, playing & falling in the sand...
